“Absolute Beginners” – 10 lessons aimed at those who have never scrapbooked before and will teach many of the techniques used in scrapbooking. Each lesson will include a page kit, and a free album will be given at the end of the course if all ten sessions have been attended. The cost of each lesson is R85.00 (materials included, as well as cup of tea/coffee) and will be held from 11h00 to 13h00 on Saturdays.   Please feel free to contact us for more information when the next session will commence.

The Junior Bugs will be creating a single layout “Beautiful Mess” on Saturday, 06^th March 2010. The bugs will be using Jik, ruler tearing and stamping.  Please bring a standard photo (10×15 or 13×18) and an apron or one of Dads old shirts to protect your clothes.  The class commences at 09h30 and ends at 11h00. The cost for this class is only R 45.00.  Booking is essential.

On Saturday the 13^th March 2010, the Bugs will be decorating a Single Rustic Frame (15”x15”).  The Junior Bugs will be inking and embossing their frame and a sepia or colour 10×15 photo of themselves is required.  The class commences at 09h30 and ends at 11h00.  The cost is R75.00 and booking is essential.

Special Crop Sessions – As the 04^th March 2010 is International Scrapbookers Day, we have a stunning double layout, “Crop Crazy” planned.  In this layout, we will be using various punches.  We will provide the photograph for this layout and all that is required is your adhesives, cutting mat, etc.  The cost is R145.00.

On the 11th March 2010, Pam Smieda will teach our Advance Card Class where four new techniques will be learned.  The cost for this class is R125.00. 

The following Thursday, 18^th March 2010, we will be teaching Croppers how to make an Accordian Book.  The basic design will be completed in class but the adding of embellishments (some will be provided) and photos, etc can be completed at home or Croppers can complete it in a scrap session.  The cost for this class is R95.00.  Please bring own cutting mat, adhesives, etc.

On the 25th March 2010, Croppers will design a Single Framed Layout, the title being “Love You”, using +/- 200 eyelets, brads, bling and other mirrored embellishments.  The colour theme is blues and greens and the frame will be painted and crackled in these colours too.  The photo requirement is a 13×18 in sepia or colour.  The cost for this class is R195.00.  Please bring own adhesives, cutting mat, etc.

Those who attend our classes and in-store croppers can make use of our sewing machine, Making Memories Slice and Provocraft CriCut machines! There will be a charge of R25.00.  The classes and crop-together’s also include tea and coffee!
