Classes for May2012  as follows:

Saturday ‘Crop & Coffee’ Classes

Each lesson will contain a new technique for the book as well as a layout using that week’s technique. The cost will be R50.00! These ‘crop & coffee’ sessions will be from 08h30 – 10h30 & 11h30 – 13h30 and are sure to be fun.  You will need your cutting mat, craft knife and adhesives.  Although the lessons are very affordable, you will enjoy the layouts and techniques!  Seats are limited so booking is essential.

These classes will be repeated on a Monday @ 10:00am and on a Wednesday at 14:30pm only, for those that cannot make it on a Saturday.  Please note that this is strictly by appointment to ensure that there are sufficient kits.

05^th May:
Title:  ‘Nostalgic’
Colour scheme: Grey & Blue.
Photo Requirements:   2 Standard Portrait (10×15) & 1 Standard Photos to be cropped.
Technique/Tip:  ‘Resist’
Additional Tools required – no additional tools needed.

12^th May:
Title:  ‘Jump’ or own title
Colour scheme: Creams & Pinks.
Photo Requirements: 1 Jumbo Portrait (13×18) & 2 Standard Portrait Photos (10×15).
Technique/Tip:  ‘Inks and their Properties.
Additional Tools required – no additional tools needed.

19^th May:
Title:  ‘Personality’
Colour scheme: Green & Purple.
Photo Requirements:   2 Standard Portrait (10×15) & 1 Standard Landscape (10×15) Photos.
Technique:  ‘Foam Stamps/Jik’.
Additional Tools required – No additional tools needed.

26^th May:
Title:  ‘Rev it up!’
Colour scheme: Grey, Orange & Black.
Photo Requirements:  1 Standard Portrait (10×15) & 1 small croppable photos.
Technique:  Toys used as tools
Additional Tools required: Distress tool & black gel pen.

Cardmaking for Absolute Beginners
Due to repeated requests we are introducing a new class: this will be a ‘Cardmaking for Absolute Beginners’ class and take place on Wednesdays from 10h00 to 12h00. There are many talented and enthusiastic ladies who want to give personalised cards and we are sure they will enjoy this series. Each lesson will cost R95 and 4 cards will be made. Please book your seat and bring your own tools and adhesives.

The Carding Class – Each session teaches a technique and four cards are made. The next technique will be ‘Embossed Stone’.  Please bring own adhesives, tools, etc.
Cost of this class:  R125.00.

17^th May:
Coaster Album (can be used as a hanging frame):
Fresh, bright and floral!  This album can be hung on the wall and makes a lovely gift either way.  Bring small photos (6x7cm) if you wish but quote stamps will be used.
Cost:  R95.00

24^th May:
The Carding Class – Each session teaches a technique and four cards are made. The next technique will be ‘Shattered’.  Please bring own adhesives, cutting mats, etc.
Cost of this class:  R125.00.
Additional Tools required: Brown Staz-on.

Croppers can make use of our sewing machine, Making Memories Slice and Provocraft Cricut machines! There will be a charge of R45.00.  The classes and crop-together’s also include tea and coffee!
