Classes for February 2012  as follows:

Saturday ‘Crop & Coffee’ Classes

Each lesson will contain a new technique for the book as well as a layout using that week’s technique. The cost will be R50.00! These ‘crop & coffee’ sessions will be from 08h30 – 10h30 & 11h30 – 13h30 and are sure to be fun.  You will need your cutting mat, craft knife and adhesives.  Although the lessons are very affordable, you will enjoy the layouts and techniques!  Seats are limited so booking is essential.

These classes will be repeated on a Monday @ 10:00am and on a Wednesday at 14:30pm only, for those that cannot make it on a Saturday.  Please note that this is strictly by appointment to ensure that there are sufficient kits.

04^th February:
Title:  ‘Jingle Bells’
Colour scheme:  Reds, Green & Cream.
Photo Requirements:  1 Super Jumbo Landscape (15×20).
Technique:  ‘Glitter’.
Additional Tools required:  no additional tools required.

11^th February:
Title:  ‘Angel’ or own title (up to 7 letters)
Colour scheme: Browns.
Photo Requirements:  2 Standard Portrait (10×15), 1 Standard Landscape (10×15) & 1 croppable photo (6×8).
Technique:  ‘Heat Embossing’.
Additional Tools required – Distressing Tool.

18^th February:
Title:  ‘I like Everything About You’
Colour scheme: Red, Green & Cream.
Photo Requirements:  2 Standard (10×15) landscape photos.
Technique:  ‘Shrink Plastic’.
Additional Tools required – .

25^th February:
Title:  ‘A True Friend is a Priceless Treasure’
Colour scheme: Bright Orange and Grape.
Photo Requirements:  2 Standard (10×15) portrait photos & 1 Standard landscape photo.
Technique:  ‘Lacé’.
Additional Tools required – Purple Ink.

Cardmaking for Absolute Beginners
Due to repeated requests we are introducing a new class: this will be a ‘Cardmaking for Absolute Beginners’ class and take place on Wednesdays from 10h00 to 12h00. There are many talented and enthusiastic ladies who want to give personalised cards and we are sure they will enjoy this series. Each lesson will cost R95 and 4 cards will be made. Please book your seat and bring your own tools and adhesives.

Special Crop Sessions (19:00 – 22:00 – Thursdays)

02^nd February:
Class:  ‘Concertina File’ – This turquoise, white and beige file can be used for storing recipes or standard photographs.  It will be decorated with rub-ons and makes a lovely gift.  Booking is essential as there are only 2 seats available.
Cost:  R95.00

09^th February:
The Carding Class – Each session teaches a technique and four cards are made. The next technique will be ‘Paper Piercing’.  Please bring own adhesives, cutting mats, etc.
Cost of this class:  R125.00.

Croppers can make use of our sewing machine, Making Memories Slice and Provocraft Cricut machines! There will be a charge of R45.00.  The classes and crop-together’s also include tea and coffee!
